Oh so clever adaptions Cathy. Like you, I love Fresh Freesia and you adaptions of the SU WCMD projects are delightful. Fresh Freesia with Misty Moonlight is gorgeous and delightful as alternating stripes. I love your second card too with the fussy cut flowers and the fussy cut vases. xxx

I love your take on the WCMD cards, using Fresh Freesia and Miswty Moonlight. The two coloured stripes are very striking. You adapted well with using what you had available to you, and the fussy cutting turned out perfectly!

I think you are very clever! I was also away for the weekend without all the supplies I needed but my replacement cards were too blah! and are going to have a make-over before seeing a camera. The two shades of stripes on your first one are great, it helps add more interest instead of fading into the background.
The ‘vase’ card is a great alternative too, a nice design and the direction you have taken it illustrates how versatile it can be.

I am impressed with the work-arounds you figured out, when you realised you couldn’t use your die-cutting machine, Cath! I love Fresh Freesia with Misty Moonlight; your alternative to the SU! WCMD card is lovely. Using Stampin’ Write Markers to create a striped background is a fun technique, and I like that you used two colours. The hand-cut flowers on your second card look great.
