Welcome to 2024 and to week thirty-four of our Art With Heart 2023-24 Colour Creations blog hop!
Tomorrow the January–April 2024 Mini Catalogue and the Sale-A-Bration catalogue both go live and I’ve used three new products from both catalogues in my card tonight: the Jungle Pals stamp set, the Jungle Pals Dies and the Notes of Nature cling stamp set.
Our colour this week, Mossy Meadow, is a deep green that I couldn’t resist pairing with Old Olive and Petal Pink to create my jungle scene.
During Sale-a-bration, for every, $90 or $180 that you spend on ANY Stampin’ Up! product you can earn Sale-a-bration products.
The Jungle Pals stamp set is free with purchases of $90 or more, while the Jungle Pals Dies are free with purchases of $180 or more.
I love the details in these Jungle Pals Dies!
As the Jungle Pals stamp set doesn’t have sentiments, I’ve used a sentiment from a new stamp set in the January–April 2024 Mini Catalogue, the Notes of Nature cling stamp set.
I thought this sentiment was perfect for the cheeky sloth swinging from the branches!
I coloured the sloth using Old Olive light and dark Stampin’ Blends! as well as Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends! before fussy cutting him out.
Now it’s time to hop on over to our next participant, the lovely Andrea Sargent – I can’t wait to see what Andrea has made this week!

Your Christmas countdown continues – it’s 15 weeks today until Christmas Day!
This week’s Christmas card couldn’t be simpler. I’ve used the new Fragrant Forest stamp – a background stamp that’s quite frankly just too gorgeous to cover up!
I’ve stamped this stamp in Mossy Meadow onto Basic White cardstock adding a Mossy Meadow Sentiment label as I love monochromatic cards.
The Fragrant Forest background stamp works with any Christmas sentiment. I’ve stamped and embossed two different sentiments from the Christmas Classics stamp set, however, I can’t decide which one I prefer.
Card one is a smaller sentiment I’ve fussy cut around – I like that this smaller sentiment shows more of the background imagery.
Card two has a larger sentiment, die cut using the rounded square die from the Christmas Classics Dies. I like that the larger sentiment allows room for a bit of bling.
The Adhesive-Backed Glitter Sequins are my favourite embellishment from this catalogue!!!
Which sentiment do you think works best?
Now it’s time to hop on over to our next participant, the lovely Sharon Davern. I can’t wait to see what Sharon has made this week.

Welcome to week thirty one of our Art With Heart 2022-23 Colour Creations blog hop!
This is a weekly blog hop where we showcase the stunning range of Stampin’ Up! colours in alphabetical order over 12 months and this week we are featuring Mossy Meadow from the subtles family.
I love Mossy Meadow when it’s paired with other neutrals or with Kraft cardstock, which is what I’ve used today for my simple stamping card.
The Peaceful Deer stamp is perfect for this card design because it has four different tree stamps in different sizes, making it quick and easy to create a forest scene.
Although it looks like I’ve used two greens, my trees are all stamped in Mossy Meadow. I’ve stamped at full strength and then once again without reinking the stamp – this is called “stamping off” and it gives you two shades of the one colour, adding dimension to the card.
The snow was created with a white gel pen and the “Merry Christmas” sentiment can be simply cut out with a paper trimmer or even by hand using paper snips.
This is such a quick and easy simple stamping card – ideal if you haven’t started making your Christmas cards yet and you need to quickly build your stash.
Now it’s time to hop on over to our next participant, the lovely Rachel Palmieri – I can’t wait to see what Rachel has made this week!

Welcome to week 30 of our 2021-22 Colour Creations blog hop! Tonight we are showcasing Mossy Meadow, a very dark green from the Neutrals family.
Yesterday the new 2022 January to June Mini Catalogue and the Sale-a-bration catalogue launched and so I decided to share with you two cards made using a gorgeous bundle in the SALE-a-bration catalogue – the Friendly Hello bundle. This bundle is FREE with any Stampin’ Up purchase of $180 or more.
Some images from the stamp set are designed to be stamped directly onto the paper for a unique look you’ll love. I would normally do this in Basic Black but as we are showcasing Mossy Meadow tonight I decided to try it instead and I’m thrilled at how it looks against the Granny Apple Green. You can see in this photo below how the paper looks both before and after it is stamped.
My first card uses the floral Granny Apple Green DSP, stamped in Mossy Meadow with the large double flower stamp and the open leaf stamp.
Behind the layered sentiment I’ve added a strip of the the new White 3/4″ Frayed Ribbon from the January-June Mini Catalogue – this ribbon has a soft, slightly fuzzy feel and it is a great way to add instant texture.
I also stamped the large double flower in Mossy Meadow onto a scrap of Whisper White, colouring it with Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends and fussy cutting it into two – one for the front of the card and one for the inside.
My second card uses the “leaf frond branch” stamp and DSP and the “bird on a branch” stamp.
The same Scalloped Contours Dies were used for the sentiment, just positioned in a different way.
The bird and flower stamp was stamped in Mossy Meadow and coloured in with Mossy Meadow and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends before fussy cutting. There are just so many possibilities with this stamp set and DSP bundle for both crafters who love to colour as well as those who avoid colouring as this DSP does all the hard work for you. You don’t have to be precise with your stamping as it is designed for an offset effect or you can use it as it is, unstamped.
Do you have a favourite card? As I’m always a sucker for a bird on a card, there’s not prizes for guessing which one is my favourite!
Now it’s time to hop on over to our next participant, the lovely Kate Morgan – I can’t wait to see what Kate has made this week!

Welcome to week 32 of the Art With Heart Colour Creations Blog Hop!
Our colour this week is one of my very favourite neutrals: Night of Navy.
For my card today I’ve made my own DSP using a brand new stamp set called Bloom by Bloom. I used this stamp set last week too for Mossy Meadow and I love how different this looks stamped in different colours.
I’ve also used Balmy Blue, Pacific Point and Blueberry Bushel…and, of course, the gorgeous new stitched rectangle framelits.
The gorgeous balmy blue ribbon is a free SALE-a-bration item you can choose when you spend $90 or more in any one order placed before March 31. The free pack includes 4 other colours, it’s such gorgeous ribbon.
I love Night of Navy so much I actually made 2 cards today. My second card uses the darling Little Elephan bundle.
I just used a touch of navy on this card…it’s such a great neutral it works with virtually any colour!
My elephant card is an expamle of #simplestamping (a card made with just ink and paper and maybe a punch). The #simplestamping theme for January is hearts/love and what a gorgoeus sentiment this is.
Now that I’ve made two cards, I’m not sure which one I prefer. Either way, I know they’ll both get put to good use.

Welcome to week 31 of the Art With Heart Colour Creations Blog Hop!
Our colour this week is a previous in colour that has now returned to be a core part of the neutrals family: Mossy Meadow
For my card today I’ve gone for a very soft, paired back look using a brand new stamp set called Bloom by Bloom. I love the graphic design elements of this Marimekko inspired design.
In the catalogue, the samples for this stamp set are all created with very bold colours (which I love), but I’m also really loving this softer colour combination of all neutrals: Mossy Meadow, Crumb Cake, Basic Black and Whisper White.
When you stamp onto coloured card stock you get get a slightly translucent feel to the images. I’ve stamped onto Crumb Cake card stock with the Mossy Meadow (stamped off once because it is a very dark green) and Whisper White and Basic Black stamped at full strength.
Did you notice the stitched rectangle framelits?…I just can’t stop using these! I was trying to create a simple stamping card (and succeeding) until I couldn’t resist using the framelits (I used the largest one), adding a linen thread bow and some clear rhinetones. But you could easily omit these elements and make a lovely card with this design just using papaer and ink.
Because the Bloom by Bloom stamp set doesn’t have a sentiment I’ve used a lovely sentiment from the Butterfly Gala stamp set.
